13. The price of a Subscription may increase in reasonable time periods. These increases will not take effect until your current yearly subscription is due to be automatically renewed.
14. The annual subscription fee that you pay will be in accordance with the price stated on the Website on the date that you subscribe or on the date that your subscription is due to be automatically renewed. It is your responsibility to check the website (www.costcommend.com), prior to your first subscription or any re-subscription, to ensure that you are satisfied with the current subscription fee.
15. Our Subscription fees are payable annually in advance at the beginning of the annual subscription period, which commences on the first payment of your Subscription fee. For the avoidance of doubt, your subscription is for a minimum period of 365 days.
16. Subject to Clause 17, fees are non-refundable. We will not refund any amount nor grant any credit for contracts that are cancelled before reaching their end date.
17. Payment of the Services is to be made by credit or debit card, and any amounts due are payable in accordance with Clause 14. Your Subscription will automatically renew 365 days after the date of payment of your first Subscription fee each year, unless you cancel your Subscription with us by written notice, no less than seven days prior to the Renewal Date, by emailing us at hello@costcommend.com. We will only consider cancellations outside of this period, for up to forty-eight hours after your renewal payment has been processed, if it has been proven to us, in a written notice to hello@costcommend.com, that the re-subscription fee differs to the one that was advised one week prior to your re-subscription to our services and that you are dis-satisfied with this difference. In this instance, we would offer a re-fund for that year’s subscription fees.
18. You must update the payment information provided to us from time to time, in order to ensure that its accurate and up-to-date. Should a payment not be processed because you fail to meet this obligation, your access to or use of the Services may be suspended or terminated.
19. We use a third-party payment provider to collect payments from you on an annual basis. The third-party payment provider will require you to accept their terms of business before any payment is made.
20. Cancellation - we may terminate your Subscription and right to access the services, or any part thereof at any time by contacting you if you have materially breached these terms.

You must include the Cost Commend Limited logo on all of documents that are issued to your clients. In addition, you must include the visible hyperlink to costcommend.com.

You must not republish any construction budgeting documents, sold through this website, in amended or unamended Microsoft Excel ™ form. You may only publish the amended and unamended construction budgeting documents in a PDF format that cannot be edited. You have no rights to sell or distribute the construction budgeting documents or derivatives thereof or to license to others any rights in the documents or derivatives.

You acknowledge that we provide construction budgeting advice on the budgeting documents only, and you cannot solely rely upon the advice within these documents, and consequently that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of your use of the documents.
